stainless steel gets rusty - ts320 - San Jose,CA USA
I am very disappointed at this hot water pot.br /I bought it mainly because it's stainless steel, with 3 ways to dispense waters and price.br /br /The major disappointments arebr /1. insulation br /Initially I noticed constantly it reboils to maintain the temperature.br /It can easily add some insulation foam between outer shell and inner pot to improve the insulation, thus cutting down all the reboiling and saving energy.br /2. rustbr /Recently I notice the top of the inner pot started to get rusty.br /And it's stainless steel?

Just received this item last night. br /After water reaches boiling point, it would not stop. It continues to boil, very loudly, and it would boil til it's bone dry if I let it.br /Consequently, while it's boiling, it would not pump out any water. I have to unplug, allow water to cool, plug in the power cord, pump water before it reaches boiling point.br /After I complaint to my family in LA, I was told they had the exact same problem with their purchase from a storefront just early this year, it just plain doesn't work the first time. So that's two strikes out of two.
